An engineering or architectural drawing known as a major site plan depicts all of the construction and other improvements that will be made to a property. A single sheet of paper or a graphic created by computer, such as a digital image, can serve as the plan.
To be considered complete, the site plan must also fulfill a number of other requirements. Typically, the following items are required:
A site map 메이저사이트 showing all proposed buildings and structures, as well as any ancillary facilities like parking and sidewalks; a site plan showing the location of the development and any site-specific drainage, life/safety, water, sewer, and paving requirements; an architectural and/or engineering certificate of an Iowa licensed professional engineer and/or architect, as applicable, in charge of the preparation of the site plan, as required by the Iowa Code; and finally, a plan to identify the location within Special Development Areas per Article 1
We don't stick to just one type of development in the City of Oregon City; Planning reviews are required for all new residential, commercial, and industrial developments, as well as many alterations to existing facilities and sites, in order to ensure that they adhere to our community-adopted standards, which are outlined in our Municipal Code. Depending on the complexity of the proposal and whether or not it requires any additional City review or approval, the approval of a site plan and the issuance of a building permit for a new development can take anywhere from two to six months.
